Experience: 3–5 years

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced skilled to lead our Remote Monitoring System (RMS) operations. The role involves ensuring real-time monitoring, system uptime, data accuracy, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage RMS operations across sites.
Ensure proactive alerts, monitoring, and timely issue resolution.
Analyse data, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with vendors/IT for upgrades and integrations.
Guide and train junior team members.
Coordinate with the nodal agencies and with the sales team for proper device to RMS integration.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ensure completeness and accuracy of RMS data through analysis and timely upload of missing information.
Experience in networking, cloud monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
