About the Role:
IIM SKILLS is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at the Noida office. The candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment processes and support the HR team in identifying and hiring suitable candidates across various domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Post job openings and maintain candidate databases.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn networking and outreach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 500+ connections on LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Candidate should have own laptop.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR region will be preferred.
Eligibility:
- Graduates or candidates currently pursuing graduation.
