Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategies to grow YouTube channel subscribers and views.

· Plan, manage, and optimize video content for maximum reach and engagement.

· Implement SEO strategies (titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions) for better visibility.

· Analyze channel performance using YouTube Analytics and improve KPIs.

· Generate leads through YouTube campaigns, CTAs, and funnel strategies.

· Coordinate with content creators, editors, and marketing team.

· Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in managing and growing a YouTube channel.

· Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, SEO, and analytics.

· Experience in lead generation through digital platforms.

· Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in educational or content-driven platforms.

· Basic knowledge of video editing tools and thumbnail design.

· Familiarity with paid YouTube ads and marketing funnels.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
