InterCube is a luxury interior design studio with a bespoke Experience Center in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, focused on creating refined, high-end residential and commercial spaces. The studio manages the entire process in-house, from design and manufacturing to execution, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Bengaluru. The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, handling statutory compliance, and supporting payroll and financial documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accounts and financial records using Tally.
- Handle GST preparation, filing, reconciliation, and related documentation.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and filing requirements.
- Process and maintain invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bank records.
- Coordinate and support monthly payroll processing.
- Track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain proper documentation for expenses, purchases, sales, and payments.
- Assist with financial reports,



audits, and other accounting requirements.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, updated, and maintained on time.
- Coordinate with management, vendors, clients, and other teams regarding financial matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounting is mandatory.
- Solid proficiency in Tally.
- Practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in payroll processing.
- Experience handling invoicing, billing, and payment records.
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in an interior design, construction, manufacturing, or similar business environment is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
