Job Title: Admission Counselor

Location: Jaipur

Job Description

- Become a product expert and effectively present the company’s courses/programs to prospective and existing students.
- Connect with and counsel potential students regarding suitable programs based on their needs and career goals.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members to drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update data in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned admission targets on a monthly basis.
- Track and review daily funnel activities to improve productivity and conversion rates.

Minimum Requirements

- Proven experience in admissions, counseling, sales, business development, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and calling systems (CTI).
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of counseling, sales, and negotiation techniques.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and passionate about helping students.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced workplace.
- Flexible with work schedules.
- Minimum graduation from a recognized university.

Experience

- 1–4 years (Experience in EdTech or admission counseling preferred)

Working Mode

- Work from Office (Jaipur)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
