Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Tender Executive with experience in handling government tenders for waste management products/services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GeM portal, e-tendering process, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Search and identify relevant government tenders (municipal, sanitation, waste management)
- Handle complete tender process from identification to submission
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial tender documents
- Upload and manage bids on GeM and other e-tender portals
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, BOQ, and approvals
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and deadlines




- Track submitted tenders and follow up for results
- Maintain proper records of tenders, documentation, and MIS reports

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in tendering / bidding
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal and government e-procurement portals
- Good knowledge of tender documentation, BOQ, and pricing
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

- Experience in waste management, sanitation, or government projects
- Experience handling municipal or government tenders

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
