Job Title: Intensivist

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Intensivist to provide comprehensive critical care management for patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, monitoring, and treating critically ill patients while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor critically ill patients in ICU settings.
- Perform detailed patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Handle ventilator management, invasive monitoring, and emergency procedures.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and allied healthcare teams for patient management.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code blue situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.




- Guide junior doctors and ICU staff in critical care practices.
- Communicate effectively with patient attendants regarding treatment updates and prognosis.

Qualification

- MBBS with M.D. Anaesthesiology / IDCCM / Critical Care qualification
- Valid TNMC Registration preferred

0 – 6 Years

- Strong clinical and critical care management skills
- Expertise in ventilator and ICU patient management
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in rotational shifts
