Experienced in implementing and managing Azure Security solutions, including Azure AD conditional access, security policies, role-based access controls, and monitoring security alerts for enterprise environments.

Experienced in configuring and managing Fortigate Firewall policies, including NAT, VPNs, UTM features, and advanced threat prevention, while monitoring logs and performing troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

Knowledgeable in configuring and managing GlobalProtect VPN policies, user authentication, and access controls,



while monitoring logs and supporting troubleshooting in enterprise network environments.

Aware of configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewall policies, NAT rules, and security profiles, while monitoring logs and supporting troubleshooting of access and threat-related issues.

Provides mentorship and guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, fostering skill development through continuous knowledge sharing, structured handovers, and adoption of best practices. Acts as the primary technical contact during major incidents and escalations, ensuring timely communication, effective resolution, and comprehensive post-incident analysis. Promotes a team-oriented and positive team culture by proactively resolving conflicts and strengthening cohesive relationships across delivery teams.
