we need 10 marketing executive for admission purposes in various places like

*UNA,KANGRA,REHAN,CHAMBA,BAIJNATH * with under said qualities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Lead, plan, organize, and execute all school events and public-facing activities (exhibitions, competitions, celebrations, etc.)Strategically develop and manage the annual calendar aligned with academic schedules Supervise event logistics, delegate responsibilities, and ensure timely execution Collaborate with academic coordinators, admin, and leadership to ensure cross-functional coordination Ensure high-quality documentation, branding, and promotional coverage of events

Admission Counseling:

Be the first point of contact for prospective parents and students Provide comprehensive information about the school’s programs, facilities,



and educational approach Conduct engaging campus tours and respond to queries promptly and professionally Follow up with admission leads and maintain updated admission records Assist in designing and executing seasonal admission campaigns

Public Relations & Outreach:

Work closely with the Parent/Public Connect Team for community engagement initiatives Represent the school in external education fairs, seminars, and awareness campaigns Contribute to social media and promotional content for digital platforms Build and maintain relationships with local institutions and the wider community

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Marketing preferred)Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi Confident event planner and public speaker Warm, approachable personality with strong interpersonal abilities Familiarity with MS Office, Canva, and basic CRM/lead tracking tools is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
