To identify distributors, managing them and driving both primary and secondary sales.

Reporting to: Director

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Appoint new distributors across Chennai.

2. Generate monthly primary sales from distributors.

3. Develop Modern Trade, General Trade distribution.

4. Opening of new retail outlets through distributor sales teams.

5. Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.

6. Conduct distributor ROI and business planning.

7. Execute product launches, trade schemes, and promotions.

8. Monitor competitive activities and market pricing.

9. Ensure distributor stock availability and timely collections.

10. Submit daily market reports and monthly business reviews with the management.

Required Skills

FMCG sales experience: 5 - 8 years

Robust communication and negotiation skills.





Existing distributor network in Chennai.

Proven record of appointing new distributors.

Experience in achieving monthly primary and secondary sales targets.

MS Excel proficiency

Team Management.

Developing sales team and willing to travel.

Education

Any graduates.

MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Salary

Fixed : INR 6 - 12 lakh Per Annum (depending on experience).

Incentives: Based on primary sales and distributor appointments.

Travel Allowance (TA/DA), mobile allowance, and performance bonus.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
