Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tekla Structure, particularly in Reinforcement modeling & detailing. Proficiency in Revit software is an added advantage. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a pivotal role in our projects, contributing to the detailed BIM requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed BIM models using Tekla Structure, focusing on reinforcement modeling & detailing.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate representation of structural elements in the model.
- Assist in the coordination of BIM models with other disciplines and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is preferred.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler specializing in reinforcement detailing, with a minimum of 4-8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structure (Rebar) is essential; experience with Revit Software is a plus.
- Experience in working on multi-story projects (Residential, Commercial, Parking Structures, etc.) for international clients from regions such as the USA, UK, etc.
- Strong understanding of structural reinforcement modeling & detailing principles and construction techniques.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
