Job overview:

We are looking for a creative and execution-oriented Interior Designer with experience in turnkey interior projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing projects from concept to execution, coordinating with in-house teams, preparing estimates and billings, and handling frequent site visits. Candidates residing in nearby locations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute turnkey interior projects from concept to completion.
- Prepare design concepts, layouts, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with the in-house design team, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Prepare project estimates, BOQs, and billing documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure quality, timelines, and client expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest materials, finishes, and market trends.
- Create and maintain project documentation.

Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD

Experience in turnkey interior projects is mandatory.

- Experience with SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of 3ds Max.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits (approximately 80% field work).
- Understanding of project estimation and billing.
- Understanding of project estimation and billing.
- Ability to handle site execution and client coordination.




- Basic knowledge of social media for showcasing design work.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity and documentation.
- Positive photography skills for documenting completed projects.
- Own two-wheeler will be an added advantage due to frequent site visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Background in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Strong technical knowledge along with practical site execution experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good understanding of design aesthetics and project management.
- Positive attitude, professional approach, and eagerness to learn.
