Position: Junior Accountant
Location: Site 5, Kasna
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team at our Site 5, Kasna office. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of accounting experience and hands-on expertise in Zoho accounting software. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts.
- Prepare GST-related data and assist with tax compliance.
- Process invoices, vendor payments, and customer receipts.
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing activities.
- Generate financial reports using Zoho Books.




- Coordinate with auditors and support documentation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory regulations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in accounting.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books/Zoho Accounting Software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
