Key Responsibilities

- Provide qualified nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans.
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and other nursing procedures as required.
- Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the physician or care team.
- Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, nutrition, and home care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to support continuity of care.
- Respond promptly to patient concerns and emergencies within the scope of practice.

Qualifications

- Valid nursing license (RN/GNM/B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent, as applicable).
- Current registration with the applicable nursing council.
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or home healthcare experience preferred.




- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).
