Key Responsibilities

-To check all critical parameter of all components as per mentioning on the format.

-To check all material of developing stage which gauges are not available.

-To check all incoming material casting of C- block, crank, piston etc.

-To check all gauges on monthly basis and send all reports to Standard Room.

-To done internal calibration on regular basis and call CMM Engineer on annually

-Maintain temperature and humidity of CMM room as per standard norms.

-Record daily temperature on register.

-Ensure every component should be stabilizing for 15 minutes before come to check.

-Ensure safety of CMM.

Qualification and Skills Formal Qualifications Essential

- Education: Diploma / Degree (Mechanical)
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience




- Key Skills- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Local or native language of the plant required with fluency in English.
- Knowledge and skill to operate IMTE’s (Inspection Measuring and test equipment).
- Skill to operate the CMM.
- Skill of the making program at the CMM.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
