Job Description

1- Lead and oversee credit appraisal and sanctioning for Education Institution Loans in line with company credit policy and risk framework
2-Ensure consistent underwriting standards across the territory while balancing risk and growth objectives
3-Monitor portfolio health, delinquency trends, and early warning signals across institutions and borrowers
4-Drive risk mitigation strategies, corrective actions, and portfolio clean-up initiatives where required
5-Support onboarding and evaluation of new education institutions, including financial due diligence and risk grading
6-Ensure regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness across the territory

Key Responsibilities:





1- 8 to 15 years in credit underwriting / risk management, with strong exposure to Education Loans / Institutional Lending
2-Proven experience in leading credit teams at a regional or territory level
3-Strong understanding of institutional financials, cash-flow analysis, and risk assessment
4-Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented NBFC environment
5-Solid stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills
