- Vehicle Planning: Vehicle planning for daily operations/despatchs (Outward and inward)
- Transportation Coordination: Arrange vehicles, negotiate rates, and track deliveries.
- Supervising Dispatch Operations: Oversee daily dispatch activities and workflow.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams.
- Documentation: Maintain records of dispatches, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations.
- Team Management: Train, supervise, and evaluate dispatch staff.
- Problem Solving: Handle delays, shortages, or transport issues quickly.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to transport regulations and safety standards.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Communication: Liaise with sales, production, customer service, carriers, and customers.
