Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and digital marketing space.
- Lead Generation
- Find new client ,make it in onboard
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote our services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, including pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in IT, marketing, or event management services.
- Strong understanding of website design, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.




- Familiarity with CRM tools and business software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
