- Identify and generate current business opportunities through various marketing channels.

Sales & Customer Management

- Meet monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, social media, and digital platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable construction solutions.
- Conduct project presentations and explain project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and timelines.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales successfully.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients until project closure.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

CRM & Documentation

- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Update daily sales activities and lead status.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, engineering, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist customers with documentation related to agreements, payments, and approvals.
- Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote the company's construction services.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with architects, consultants, property owners, and channel partners.
- Participate in exhibitions, property expos, and promotional events.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
