- Manage the ingestion, storage, and organization of high-resolution film scans, audio tracks, and associated metadata.
- Develop and maintain robust file-naming conventions, folder structures, and backup protocols.
- Monitor and maintain data integrity, version control, and redundancy to prevent data loss.
- Collaborate with film restoration specialists, colorists, and editors to ensure timely access to required assets.
- Implement and maintain digital asset management (DAM) systems for large-scale archival projects.
- Generate reports on data usage, storage capacity, and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues related to data storage and transfer.
- Ensure compliance with copyright, confidentiality, and archival standards.
