Immediate Hiring - AWS Connect SME

We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect SME to support a strategic discovery and transformation engagement focused on modernizing customer contact center platforms using Amazon Connect and AWS AI/ML services.

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Pune

Experience: 10–14 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess existing contact center & CX landscape
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering
- Define migration strategy from legacy platforms to Amazon Connect
- Identify automation, GenAI, and conversational AI opportunities
- Design target-state architecture and integration roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and customer teams
- Contribute to solution proposals and executive presentations

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
- Expertise in Contact Flows, Routing Profiles,



Queues & Contact Lens
- Experience with AWS services: Lex, Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, Kinesis
- CRM integration experience: Salesforce / ServiceNow / MS Dynamics
- Knowledge of telephony concepts & CCaaS migration
- Exposure to AI-driven contact center solutions and automation
- Solid customer engagement and consulting skills

Preferred:

- AWS Certification preferred
- Experience in discovery/advisory engagements
- Exposure to Amazon Connect transformation programs
