Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support & Sales Partner who can effectively communicate with customers,

resolve their queries, and assist them throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent

communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and promotions.

Assist customers with registration, onboarding, and issue resolution.

Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Maintain customer records and update CRM or internal systems regularly.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Meet customer satisfaction and sales targets set by the company.





Prepare daily and weekly reports on customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good customer handling and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Microsoft Office.

Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment.

Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

Language Requirements:

Candidates must be able to speak the following languages:

Hindi

English

Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam

Salary Range: 25000 - 30000 per month + Incentive.
