We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at Alpha Healing Center.

Designation: Clinical Psychologist

Minimum Degree: Master of Philosophy (MPhil) from a RCI registered institution.

Criteria: Only RCI registered institution’s Candidates Apply for the Job.

Duration of Experience: 1-2 years’ experience.

Salary: As per industry standards/hike on last drawn salary and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Clinical management of assigned patients through individual and group therapy sessions.

· Psychological interventions to treat a range of psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

· ⁠Comprehensive psych diagnostic assessments using standardized tests.

· Setting therapeutic goals and guiding patients in achieving personal, social, and vocational adjustment.

· ⁠Collaboration with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic clinical care.

· ⁠Maintenance of accurate, confidential records in line with medical documentation standards.

· ⁠Conducting online follow up sessions of discharged patients as per Organization protocols.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1) Knowledge of psychological theory and practice

2) RCI certification requirements and standards.

3) Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.

4) Ability to observe,



assesses, and record symptoms, reactions, and progress.

5) Ability to effectively communicate medical information, test results, diagnoses and/or proposed treatment in a manner easily understood by the client.

6) Psychological/developmental evaluation skills.

7) Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.

8) Ability to assess mental status in clients and to develop individual treatment goals and plans.

9) Knowledge of psychological test administration, scoring, and interpretation.

10) Ability to maintain emotional stability to cope with human suffering, emergencies, and other stresses.

11) Skill in preparing and maintaining patient records.

12) A candidate with prior experience in dealing with substance use disorders will be preferred.
