Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technician – Solar O&M; to oversee the operation and maintenance of ground-mounted solar power plants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and leading a team of junior technicians to ensure effective plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of solar PV plants.
- Carry out routine inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of solar modules and equipment.
- Execute site-related electrical work, including installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor the performance of AC and DC electrical equipment.
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and ensure timely execution of work.
- Supervise and guide junior technicians and non-technical staff.
- Prepare maintenance reports and maintain service records.




- Use testing equipment such as multimeters and other electrical instruments.
- Operate robotic module cleaning systems when required.
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures during maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, EEE, ECE, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M;).
- Experience working on ground-mounted or utility-scale solar power plants.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of AC & DC electrical systems.
- Hands-on experience with testing instruments such as multimeters and insulation testers.
- Basic understanding of solar plant equipment including inverters, transformers, SCBs, and switchgear.
- Ability to operate smartphone-based reporting and mobile applications.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiner.
- Willing to work at the Kolgaon, Maharashtra site.
- Experience in handling field teams and maintenance activities in Solar O&M; projects.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
