Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Wedding Planner who doesn’t just organise weddings — you own them. You will lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-day, luxury weddings end-to-end, delivering extraordinary experiences at scale. This role requires solid leadership, clear client communication, exceptional vendor partnerships, and flawless operational execution under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Vision Leadership

Serve as the primary consultant and point of contact for premium and high-net-worth clients from onboarding to post-event follow-up.

Translate client vision into detailed concepts, timelines, budgets, and design direction.

Conduct venue recce, theme development, and creative briefs that align with Livxs brand standards.

End-to-End Planning & Execution

Lead full-cycle planning: creative briefing, vendor negotiation, contract management, logistics, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.

Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports across teams.

Supervise multiple simultaneous weddings with professionalism and composure under pressure.





Vendor & Budget Mastery

Source, negotiate, and secure top-tier vendors: décor, production, hospitality, entertainment, and speciality services.

Maintain strict budget discipline while maximizing creative impact and service quality.

Team Leadership

Mentor and oversee junior planners, coordinators, and on-ground staff; provide coaching, feedback, and professional growth pathways.

Lead operational meetings, check-ins, and post-mortem reviews to improve performance.

On-Site Execution

Take ownership of logistics and guest experience during event days, troubleshooting issues swiftly and quietly.

Ensure decor, production, hospitality, and timing are executed to specification — no excuses.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of wedding planning or high-end event management experience (luxury weddings preferred).

Demonstrated success leading large, complex weddings with measurable outcomes.

Proven vendor network across décor, venues, productions, entertainment, and hospitality.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship skills.

Advanced organizational skills, timeline management, and problem-solving ability under pressure.

Willingness to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including weekends and travel peaks.
