- Type accurate and error-free discharge summaries within the stipulated turnaround time.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and ensure compliance with hospital documentation standards.
- Coordinate with ward staff, duty doctors, and consultants to collect complete patient information and clarify missing details.
- Liaise with doctors and their secretariats to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate discharge documentation.
- Maintain effective communication with clinical teams and perform other duties assigned by the Management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Any Specialization.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with 1+ years of experience can apply.
- Good typing speed with accuracy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and hospital documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
