Key Responsibilities

 Lead development and integration projects across MERN, LAMP, and .NET

stacks

 Oversee and guide delivery using AI companions (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini

/ Cursor / AntiGravity)

 Design and manage system integrations using APIs, webhooks, and Azure

Integration services

 Drive Azure-based deployments and integrations

 Manage a small hybrid team (3–5 members) including freshers and

outsourced developers

 Work closely with business stakeholders from corporate, manufacturing and

plant operations

 Support integrations with SaaS platforms (ERP, CRM, MES, etc.) and IoT

platforms

 Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across internal and external-facing

systems

Required Skills & Experience

 8–10 years of experience in application development and integrations

 Preference will be given for experience in AI assisted development / support

 Prior experience as a Development Manager / Tech Lead with growing people

management responsibilities





 Strong hands-on experience with:

o MERN Stack

o LAMP Stack

o .NET / .NET Core

 Experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, API

Management, etc.)

 Exposure to AI assisted development like Claude Code, ChatGPT CodeX,

Gemini, AntiGravity, Cursor, Emergent

 Solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud integrations, and SDLC/Agile

practices

 A hands-on technologist transitioning into a people management role

 Comfortable mentoring freshers and coordinating with vendor teams

 Robust communication skills with business and technical stakeholders

 Passion for building scalable, reliable systems in manufacturing environments

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,750,000.00 per year
