We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager / General Manager to oversee organizational systems, streamline operations, identify new opportunities for growth, and contribute to research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving internal processes, exploring recent courses and training programs, conducting market research, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the overall functioning of organizational systems and processes.
- Research and identify new educational courses, training programs, and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Lead process improvement and system development initiatives.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and goal achievement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
- Monitor organizational performance and suggest corrective actions where necessary.
- Support recruitment,



employee development, and performance management activities.
- Develop policies, procedures, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Manage special projects and organizational development initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Management, Operations Management, General Management, or Organizational Development.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in process development, system implementation, and project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
- Ability to identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
