Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge / Manager to lead the operation and maintenance of the ETP/WTP plant at our JRS site in Detroj, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, team management, client coordination, safety compliance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth operation of ETP, WTP, UF, RO, and MEE systems.
- Monitor plant performance and maintain process parameters as per standards.
- Lead and supervise site operations, maintenance activities, and manpower.
- Plan and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure statutory compliance, safety practices, 5S implementation, and PPE adherence.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor chemical consumption and optimize plant performance.
- Coordinate with clients for operational updates, reporting,



and issue resolution.
- Handle troubleshooting and ensure minimum plant downtime.
- Verify log sheets, maintenance records, and operational documentation.
- Manage vendors, service engineers, and site resources.
- Support invoicing, client audits, and continuous process improvement.
