Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production In charge / Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations in our sheet metal unit. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in sheet metal or steel industry processes, team management, and production planning to ensure efficient and timely output. Key Responsibilities  Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities  Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet targets  Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials  Maintain quality standards as per company and customer requirements  Monitor processes like cutting, bending, welding,



and fabrication  Ensure safety compliance and discipline on the shop floor  Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep  Minimize downtime and improve productivity  Maintain production reports and documentation  Coordinate with stores, quality, and dispatch team  Required Skills & Competencies  Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes  Production planning and process improvement  Problem-solving ability  Knowledge of quality and safety standards  Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP preferred)  Preferred Candidate Profile  Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering  4+ years’ experience in sheet metal / steel industry  Experience in shop floor management  Candidates from nearby locations preferre

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
