About the Role
Professional Couriers Network Limited is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Representative with experience in the courier and logistics industry to expand our customer base and drive business growth in the Mayapuri Industrial Area. The ideal candidate should have a passion for field sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through field sales and customer visits.
- Identify and acquire new customers for courier and logistics services.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Promote the company's domestic and express courier services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer visit records.
- Ensure timely collection of customer documents and payments, where applicable.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of field sales experience in the courier or logistics industry is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
