Job Summary

ARC Parcel Service Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ISO Executive to strengthen compliance across our hub network. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting regular ISO audits, monitoring operational compliance, identifying process gaps, ensuring implementation of SOPs, and submitting compliance reports to management.

This role requires extensive travel to company hubs and close coordination with Operations, Administration, HR, Finance, EHS, and Hub Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal ISO compliance audits at all company hubs.
- Verify implementation of company SOPs, policies, and standard work procedures.
- Perform 5S, process, safety, housekeeping, and documentation audits.
- Identify non-conformities (NCs) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Follow up on closure of audit observations within agreed timelines.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with photographs and supporting evidence.
- Monitor statutory and operational compliance at hub locations.
- Verify document control, records, and compliance registers.
- Coordinate with hub managers for audit scheduling and compliance improvements.
- Support ISO certification activities and surveillance audits.
- Conduct awareness sessions on ISO standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain audit trackers, compliance dashboards, and monthly MIS reports.




- Escalate critical compliance issues to management whenever required.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company standards across all hubs.

EligibilityEducation

- Any Graduate
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Logistics, Quality, or related fields is preferred.

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in ISO, Quality, Compliance, Operations, or Internal Audits.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills and willingness to travel may also apply.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of ISO standards and documentation.
- Understanding of internal audit methodology.
- Knowledge of 5S and process compliance.
- Strong observation and reporting skills.
- MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

Travel Requirement

This position requires frequent travel to company hubs located in Chennai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Salem, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Ernakulam. Candidates should be comfortable with regular outstation travel.
