- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate functions, ensuring timely closure of positions.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation processes, employee documentation, and HRIS/employee record management.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, final settlements, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishment Act, and other applicable regulations.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, employee relations, and activities that enhance workplace culture and retention.
- Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and employee development programs.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, recruitment trackers, attrition reports,



compliance records, and workforce analytics.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, exit formalities, and exit interviews.
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to support manpower planning and HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, code of conduct, and organizational governance requirements while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.

Pay: ₹10,859.70 - ₹33,163.72 per month
