Job Summary

Numbertree LLP is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Claims & Contracts Professional for high rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing contractual matters, handling project claims, evaluating variations, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to construction contracts, project documentation, billing coordination, delay analysis, and dispute/claim management in large-scale high rise residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review, draft, and administer construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and work orders.
- Handle contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare and evaluate Extension of Time (EOT) claims, delay claims, variation claims, and cost impact assessments.
- Monitor project progress and identify contractual risks and entitlement issues.
- Maintain proper documentation for claims, notices, change orders, and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with planning, billing, QS, procurement, and project execution teams for contract compliance.
- Analyze BOQs, tender documents, specifications,



and contractual clauses.
- Support arbitration/dispute resolution processes with proper records and technical documentation.
- Track project milestones, delays, and contractual deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, project timelines, and statutory requirements.
- Assist management in commercial negotiations and contract closures.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in claims and contracts management for high rise building projects.
- Solid understanding of FIDIC/PMC/contracts administration practices.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, or mixed-use tower projects.
- Knowledge of construction planning, billing, quantity surveying, and project controls.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management/reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
