PROCESS TRAINER

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Deliver process training and skills development training to the trainees
- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs
- Develop content required for the training programs
- Proactively provide recognition and constructive feedback to the trainees




- Work closely with operations team for improving the process and productivity
- Ready to take small improvement projects / initiatives in individual capacity or in collaboration with different departments
- Meet required SLAs for the training programs

Eligibility:
- Minimum experience of 2-7 years as a process trainer (Any graduate / post graduate)
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills & effective time management skills
- Prior knowledge of experience in financial institution especially in broking entity will be preferred

Shift Timings: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am
Working Days: Monday to Friday
