1. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Proven ability to engage users and stakeholders effectively using appropriate communication techniques
- Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements from diverse user groups
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with technical and non-technical stakeholders
2. Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Expert in modern requirements gathering methodologies (interviews, workshops, observation, prototyping)
- Proficient in creating comprehensive documentation including:
o Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
o Functional Specifications Documents (FSD)
o Agile User Stories and Use Cases
o Process Flow Diagrams
- Solid focus on clarity, completeness, and traceability
Impact Analysis
3. Understanding of AI/ML Projects
- Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycle and unique requirements gathering challenges
- Familiarity with ethical AI considerations and bias mitigation
4. Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) Analysis
- Strong understanding of NFR categories
- Ability to translate business needs into technical NFRs
5. Rapid Prototyping & Design Tools
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design/prototyping tools
- Ability to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes
- Experience using prototypes for requirements validation and user feedback
- Knowledge of design thinking principles
6. Understanding and Experience in Data Analysis & Insights
- Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Ability to interpret data trends and translate findings into business insights
7. Financial & Business Acumen
- Cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculation experience
