Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Compliance Officer with 2-5 years of experience in statutory compliance and labor law administration. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, including the New Wage Code, and the ability to effectively liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, Minimum Wages, and related compliances.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, licenses, and documentation.
- Handle statutory filings, audits, inspections, and compliance reporting.
- Liaise with Labor Department, PF, ESI, Factory Inspectorate, and other government authorities.
- Monitor legal updates and support implementation of the New Wage Code and other labour law changes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance across locations.

Requirements





- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Law, or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Compliance and statutory matters.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, and the New Wage Code.
- Strong liaisoning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling government inspections and audits.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple compliance activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
