Job Descritpion of Business Analysis

8-10 Years of Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Wealth Banking domain and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, communication, and process modeling skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and enhancements.
- Utilize domain knowledge in Wealth Banking to translate complex business needs into transparent, actionable insights.
- Work within Agile frameworks, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technical deliverables.
- Perform detailed data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Create and maintain business process models using techniques such as BPMN, capturing both current and future-state processes.
- Support project activities from design through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise documentation, reports, and presentations to business and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers,



and project managers to ensure requirement clarity and successful delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 8–10 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Wealth Banking or Financial Services domain.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in Business Process Modeling using BPMN or similar frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Basic understanding of SQL or other database query tools for data analysis.
- Good to have: Knowledge of AI concepts and their application in business analysis.
