Quantity Surveyor / Estimation & Planning Engineer

Location: Panvel & Marine Lines, Mumbai
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹45,000 per month
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a quantity surveyor / estimation & planning engineer with experience in high-rise residential building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for estimation, quantity surveying, billing, planning, tendering, and project coordination activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand working drawings, BOQ, contract conditions, and project specifications.
- Handle pre-tender activities, including BOQ preparation, tender documentation, estimation, and market rate analysis.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project standards.
- Coordinate with the purchase department for resource planning and procurement activities.
- Monitor project progress and collect work status updates from site teams.




- Prepare and monitor monthly billing status and verify contractor bills.
- Review drawings and technical inputs received from consultants and internal teams.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and quantity reports.
- Support project planning and execution activities.

Required Skills

- Experience in High-Rise Residential Building Projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ Preparation, Estimation, Billing, and Quantity Surveying.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Understanding of Architectural and Structural Drawings.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Quantity Extraction.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid analytical and planning abilities.
