Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, challenges, and aspirations through regular engagement and needs analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services to meet client needs and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reviews, proposals, and solutions to clients in a explicit and compelling manner.




- Monitor client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and compliance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client experience.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to provide informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage client onboarding processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring compliance in all client interactions and transactions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales, retention, and client satisfaction targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
