Location: Remote / Work from Home (India)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 5 Days per Week
Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (New York Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tech Sales Staff to join our global sales team. The ideal candidate will identify customer needs, recommend suitable technology solutions, prepare quotations and proposals, close sales, and deliver exceptional after-sales support. This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely with a US–Canada-based technology company while collaborating with an international team.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Research products and prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Upsell products and services to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM updates.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Systems,



Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (B2B sales experience preferred; candidates with other sales experience are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Passion for technology products and customer-focused solutions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Own laptop/PC with a reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable working in the EST/EDT (New York Time) time zone.

Compensation

Salary will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, technical skills, interview performance, and country of residence.
