Job Summary

The Marketing Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the company's solar energy solutions, generating new business opportunities, educating customers about the benefits of solar power, and assisting customers throughout the sales and installation process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Educate customers about the benefits, cost savings, government subsidies, and environmental advantages of solar energy.
- Convert leads into confirmed customers by providing professional consultation and follow-up.
- Conduct site visits and collect customer requirements for solar installations.
- Assist customers in completing all required documentation and paperwork for project installation, approvals, and subsidy applications.
- Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.




- Maintain customer records and submit daily sales and activity reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy systems (training will be provided if required).
- Solid sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

Qualification

- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two); graduates are preferred.
- Prior experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
