About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head – Operations to lead and scale our recruitment operations across Engineering, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Infrastructure, Aerospace, Pharma, and Healthcare sectors. The role will drive operational excellence, recruitment delivery, client satisfaction, process improvements, and team performance while working closely with the Founder/Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end recruitment operations and delivery.
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely mandate closures.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing recruitment teams.
- Improve operational processes, productivity, and profitability.
- Drive ATS/CRM adoption, MIS reporting, and process compliance.
- Support business growth, expansion, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in recruitment consulting, executive search, or staffing.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing recruitment operations.
- Solid exposure to Engineering, Automobile, Electronics, Infrastructure, Aerospace, Pharma, or Healthcare hiring.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and operational planning skills.
