Key Responsibilities
- Manage store operations, inventory, and stock records.
- Handle inward and outward material movements.
- Supervise weighbridge (weighman) operations and maintain weighment records.
- Coordinate loading and unloading of materials safely and efficiently.
- Prepare dispatch documents, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, and invoices.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Transporters, and Security for smooth dispatch.
- Conduct stock verification and maintain accurate ERP/MS Excel records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Store & Dispatch within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of inventory management, weighbridge operations, and dispatch documentation.
- Experience with ERP/Tally and MS Excel.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Industry: Lead, Copper, Steel, Engineering, or any Manufacturing Industry.
