Qualification: B.E MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, Diploma in Mechanical

Years of Experience: 1 To 3 Yrs

(Preference for Candidates worked in Plastic Injection Moulding industry )

Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning & Execution
- Supervise daily production activities of plastic injection moulding machines.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily and monthly production plan.
- Coordinate with the Planning, Stores, Tool Room, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor production schedules and prioritize jobs based on customer delivery commitments.
- Ensure optimum utilization of machines, moulds, manpower, and raw materials.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes.
- Experience with mould changeovers, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of engineering plastics and their applications.
- Knowledge of quality tools and production planning.
- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
