We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (formerly known as Dynamics AX), Dynamics 365 and related technologies. The candidate should have a solid understanding of business processes and requirements, along with the ability to translate them into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design appropriate Dynamics 365 solutions to meet their needs.
- Configure D365 applications, customize forms, entities, workflows, reports, and dashboards using customization tools such as Power Platform, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
- Develop custom extensions, integrations, and plugins using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to extend the capabilities of Dynamics 365.
- Plan and execute data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)



processes from legacy systems to Dynamics 365.
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other business applications/systems using technologies like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and custom APIs.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality, reliability, and performance. Deploy solutions to production environments following best practices and change management processes.

- Create comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with D365 F&O; or similar role, with a minimum of 4 + years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform architecture, components, and modules.
- Proficiency in customization and development using tools such as Power Platform, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong programming skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and related technologies.
- Experience with data migration and integration techniques and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-300 (Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations) and MB-200 (Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement) are a plus.
