Key Responsibilities:

- Perform technical installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and PCB.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt, practical solutions.
- Oversee logistics operations including inventory management, material handling, and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and clients to ensure efficient supply chain movement.
- Maintain accurate documentation for logistics, service reports, and technical checklists.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers, providing clear technical explanations and updates.
- Train end-users and colleagues on product handling, usage, and troubleshooting.
