Role Summary

We are looking for a senior social media executive who can own end-to-end social media strategy, execution, and performance. This role requires someone who is not just posting content but driving brand growth, engagement, and revenue through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning

- Develop monthly social media strategy & content calendar
- Align campaigns with sales, product launches, and marketing goals
- Identify trends, reels formats, and viral opportunities

Content Execution

- Plan and execute Instagram, Facebook, YouTube content
- Coordinate with design + video + performance team
- Ensure premium brand positioning (luxury tone)

Performance & Analytics

- Track engagement, reach, CTR, conversions
- Optimize content based on data insights
- Weekly & monthly reporting

Paid Ads Management

- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and campaigns
- Work on ROI & cost optimization

Influencer & Collaboration

- Identify and manage influencers & creators
- Handle collaboration campaigns & barter deals
- Track influencer ROI

Cross-functional Coordination

- Work with SEO, CRM, and website team
- Support campaign launches (sale, product drop, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency across channels





Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram growth & content strategy
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Shopify / E-commerce brands
- Knowledge of Amazon / marketplace marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO & content marketing
- Creative thinking + trend spotting ability

Work Hours

- Monday to Saturday (09:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

- Product Launch Planning – Tasks Completed, Launch Timeline Adherence
- Sale Event Planning – Revenue from Sale Events, Engagement Metrics
- E-commerce Management – Listings Optimized, Inventory Accuracy
- Social Media Management – No. of Posts, Comments, Views
- Retention & Affiliate Support – Campaigns Supported, Affiliate Revenue
- Analytics & Reporting – Timeliness, Report Accuracy, Insight Quality

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
