Sales Co-ordinator
Position (1 No.) Mumbai

Job Description :

- Updating the order execution progress to the Sales team/Dealers/Customers.
- Updating the pending orders on daily basis.
- Coordinating with Channel Partners for Vendor Registration, order booking, delivery, C Forms, F Forms, payments.
- Lead Motivate, Manage, and Support and create dealers to enhance sales.
- Preparing Daily, Monthly, Quarterly Sales Reports for the Organization to understand and calculate the market value.
- Communicate with the Sales department regarding payment of outstanding bills,



responsible for handling sales related issues
- Communicating with clients & plant for inspection & required arrangements.
- Preparation of weekly, monthly reports of submitted quotations , Orders & updating to marketing Head.
- Co-ordination with Accounts for EMD, Bank Guarantees & submission to clients.
- Payments Follow-up with client.

Experience :

- Should have minimum 2 yrs – 4 yrs of hands-on experience with Marketing team in domestic & International market.
- Candidate should be Graduate / Diploma in Engineering
- Excellent Communication skill in verbal / Written in English, Hindi & / or Local language, Presentation, Convincing & Closing Skill
- Candidates from Pumps, Valves or water / Irrigation related industry should only apply
- Salary Commensurate as per the Knowledge, skills & expertise.
