Job Responsibilities:

- Explain courses, programs, and offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Help the students to enrol in the courses.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions in CRM.
- Resolve queries related to course content, batches, fees, and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services to enrolled students.
- Ensuring effective utilization of the course in which the student is enrolled.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years to 3 years of experience in tele calling, counseling, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).

- Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Polite, confident, and result-oriented approach.
- Excellent follow up skills
- Basic knowledge of civil services preparation is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹9,663.63 - ₹18,000.00 per month
